Assignment: Leisure


1. freedom from the demands of work or duty: a life of leisure.
2. time free from the demands of work or duty: the leisure to pursue hobbies. (shooting instant film)
3. unhurried ease: a work written with leisure.

4. free or unoccupied: leisure hours.
5. having leisure; not required to work for a living: the leisure class.
6. designed for recreational use: video games and other leisure products.


Here in the states, summer is in full swing. I wish I could say my days have been spent by the pool or going on some great adventure, but sadly thats not the case. But regardless of my schedule, summer still makes me think of lazy days and daydream of my youth and a simpler time. A time to play without the stress of work or school.

Our latest assignment, Leisure, was brought on by the turning of the season and we couldn’t wait to see what our readers came up.
