Feature Post: Puerto Rico

We’re halfway through the week – Polaroid Week – and totally loving what we are seeing. Thanks for tagging us when sharing your photos – it might take us a while to get through so many, but we see them! Also don’t forget to definitely add them to the ‘RoidWeek 2015 group on flickr or tag them on Twitter.

Today, we feature a set by Bianca Tummings. We found Bianca’s images on Instagram and found out she has quite a collection of awesome travel photos using her Polaroid Land Camera 440 and Fuji pack film.  In the next few weeks we’ll show off more of her travel sets, but today we feature Puerto Rico.

About her travel photos, Bianca says:

I’m always on the look out for the little pieces that comprise the whole. I like sharing the simple beauty I see in the ordinary with the viewer. What I love about instant photography is the gratification of having a print in my hand to admire and enjoy.
I like shooting instant film when traveling because it’s a fun way to capture the moment and it has an authentic mood that I can’t quite seem capture when shooting digital.

The photos below were taken while wandering around Old San Juan and the Fort San Cristóbal (otherwise known as El Morro).  We hope you enjoy, and remember, if you’d like to share a series of photos, just hit us up by email and we’ll be in touch!
