Featured Friday: The Natural World.

“Misunderstood and disillusioned, i go on describing this place…the natural world and whatever else it’s called.” Sometimes it’s really hard to explain just how beautiful and the emotions we get from nature. Tall trees, mountainous behemoths, billowing clouds; it’s all so beautiful and yet unfathomable. Fortunately, we have photography to help capture and express the beauty of nature and the feelings it evokes within us, and so today’s Featured Friday brings you just that. It’s a rather broad and common subject, yes, but if you think about how long humans have been photographing it, nature never seems to lose it’s awe-inspiring beauty. We hope you enjoy the photos and have a great weekend!

  2. Thanks for “The Natural World” theme! I’m happy to see some nature photography here on Featured Friday. Yes, it’s a “common” subject, but it’s important to remind ourselves where it is we live and the environment that sustains us so that we can pursue our human endeavors, like take endless portraits of one another. ๐Ÿ˜‰ That’s a big reason why I love taking and looking at nature photos, and why nature remains such an enduring subject matter in photography. This is a lovely selection of images! I’d love to see more instant nature photos on SnapItSeeIt!
