Today we bring to you a great photo project that Mr. Cheyenne Morrison has so generously shared with us. For those of you experiencing blustery, cold weather, these photos are sure to warm you up – at least for a few minutes!
You may remember we recently shared a great writeup by Cheyenne, Instax 300 vs Instax 500AF and we also mentioned he was a private island broker. Turns out Mr. Morrison (along with his 9 yr. old daughter) is spending an entire month as caretaker of a private island – Restoration Island, off the coast of Queensland, Australia’s Cape York. He is documenting his stay there entirely on Instax Wide Film with his Fuji Instax 500 AF and an iPad mini. We can go on describing this picturesque, historical, tropical island, but why don’t we let some of Mr. Morrison’s awesome instant film images do the rest of the talking. You can see more and stay up to date on island adventures by checking out the #instaxisland feed on Instagram.
For more information and history of the island, read more about Restoration Island and follow the adventures of Instax Island using the links below. We hope to bring you a follow up post with the second half of Mr. Morrison’s Instax Island adventure soon!
