As much as we love our analog photography, we can’t help but love even more what the digital age has done for bringing together a wonderful instant film community world wide. On a weekly basis, we “meet” new followers and fellow instant film photographers from all over the globe through our social media accounts. Ale Di Gangi is one of the gentlemen we were recently in contact with through our Twitter account.
Ale shared with us an exhibit he and 2 other photographers were participating in. If you happen to be in Firenze, Italy, you still have the rest of April to check out Polaroid 12×3.
Polaroid 12×3 brings together 3 Tuscan instant film photographers: Marco Capelli, Marino Guerini and Ale Di Gangi. Each are displaying a total of 12 Polaroids – Marco’s work will include a mosaic, Marino will share 4 triptychs and Ale is displaying 12 portraits. If you happen to be in the area, the exhibit will run until April 30th at:
Via del Melarancio 4r
Mon-Fri 12 noon – 3:30pm / 7:30pm – 10pm
(closed on Sundays)
For more information on the exhibit, be sure to check out the links above. We love to hear and share with others instant film photography exhibits you may be participating in or putting together – so if you’d like us to share the details, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration. Thanks, Alex, for sharing with us!
